Shane's Post Apocalyptic Interstellar 16th Birthday

This once-in-a-lifetime celebration transported guests into a futuristic, apocalyptic space expedition where survival meant colonizing a new planet. Hosted inside a private airplane hangar, we transformed an empty industrial space into an immersive, cinematic world — every corner designed to tell the story of The New Jerusalem Project 2.0.

The event was highly personalized, built around a unique theme meaningful to the family and guest of honor. Custom décor elements included towering robots, a dramatic center bar, a glowing portal, metallic guest cubbies, and a massive LED wall behind a one-of-a-kind stage.​ Every guest became part of the mission. Attendees were asked to wear black and were given custom “uniform” shirts, while the entire staff — from dancers to bartenders — was costumed to complete the atmosphere.

No detail was spared. Entertainment featured rocket-ship rides, LED seesaws, a virtual reality experience, a flavored oxygen bar, and themed food and drink stations designed to surprise and delight. The result was an unforgettable celebration unlike anything guests had ever seen — proof that any story, no matter how bold, can be transformed into an extraordinary event.
