What's the design process like working with you?
Working with Marissa is a highly personalized and thoughtfully guided experience. It begins with getting to know you — your style, preferences, needs, and goals — and then translating that into a cohesive design through curated inspiration boards, detailed floor plans, and immersive 3D visualizations. Every element is intentionally selected and coordinated to ensure the final result feels seamless, elevated, and true to you.

Can your services be customized to match my vision or theme?
Absolutely. Every project is custom by design. Whether your inspiration is clear or still taking shape, we tailor each detail — from color palettes and florals to layout, textures, and finishing touches — to create a cohesive, one-of-a-kind experience that reflects your story and style.

Do you offer event planning services, or only design?
Magical Momintz Designs is first and foremost a luxury event design and production studio. Our primary focus is creating the overall vision, aesthetic, and guest experience — from concept development and space planning to décor, styling, and production execution.
Many elements of our work naturally fall under event planning, and we are happy to provide planning support when it aligns with the scope and needs of your event. Full planning services are offered on a selective basis and may include collaborating with or bringing on trusted planning professionals to manage logistics and day-of coordination. This approach allows us to remain fully focused on creative direction while ensuring every aspect of your event is handled with care and precision.

Will you work with my planner, venue, or vendors?
Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with clients who already have planners in place and work closely with venues and vendor teams to ensure the design vision is executed beautifully and consistently. When clients need recommendations, we offer a curated list of trusted vendors we know and work with often — professionals whose quality, reliability, and aesthetic align with our standards. These established relationships allow for clearer communication, smoother coordination, and a more seamless execution, ensuring every detail comes together effortlessly.

What's the design process like working with you?
Every event is unique, but most of my clients invest at least $8,000 in their design/decor (not including venue or catering). My design fee starts at $3,000 and varies based on the scope and guest count.
